Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

How to track your order:

  1. Check your email inbox for a shipping confirmation from EmotoModzCustoms.
  2. Click the tracking link in the email, or enter your tracking number on the carrier website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  3. If you checked out with a Shop account, track your order directly in the Shop app.

Have not received a tracking email?

Tracking emails are sent within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Please also check your spam/junk folder.

If it has been more than 3 business days and you still have not received tracking info, please contact us here and we will look into it right away.
